2025 was the year that Andre helped to get me back into Ironman triathlon mode after a hiatus. Thank you, dude! Highly recommend Andre as a fitness coach. Andre is such a brilliant coach, he finds a way to relate to your thoughts and worries using his own experiences, and always take the time to help you. When I took part in the programme my goal was to focus on my fitness, and Andre held me accountable each week to ensure I stayed on track (something I always struggled to do). If you're looking for someone to make sure you stick to your goals, whilst also always being available to talk through your problems, then Andre is your guy.
