FAQs
Q: How much time does this take each day ?
On workout days (3-4/week) around 45-60 minutes. The fasting protocols actually save you time in your day, and the journaling might take you 5-10 minutes daily. This reset is designed to fit around work, family and real life.

Q: Do I need gym access ?
You’ll be able to complete this whether you train at home or in the gym, but gym access is preferable (although not essential).

Q: Is this suitable if I’m unfit right now ?
Yes, of course. This reset is about rebuilding consistency, not proving fitness.

Q: Is there a contract or upsell ?
No contract, no pressure, no sales call. Once you complete the reset and if you're interested in further work, we can have a friendly introductory call to explore your options - but this is entirely optional.

Q: When does it start ?
The Dad Bod Reset is an ongoing offer - you're welcome to start at any time. Once you sign up, you'll have 48 hours to begin Day 1. If you need to delay your start after sign up, I can make exceptions where relevant - just contact me to arrange this.

Q: Are refunds available ?
I believe in this reset so much that if you go through the program and adhere to the protocols and guidance provided and DO NOT SEE RESULTS, I will refund you 100%. But you must be able to demonstrate that you've done the work and showed up for yourself as per the guidance.
Refunds on unrealised programs (not started) are not offered.

Q: What if I struggle through the program and need assistance ?
Don't worry, you won't be alone. The program is community centric, so you'll have access to a group of like-minded guys going through the motions with you. They might not be at the same exact point as you in the program, but they'll likely have some thoughts to share.
I will also be monitoring the community closely, so if you have concerns or questions, I'll be able to answer them publicly.

Q: I'm not sure this is for me. What if I fail ?
Only you know deep down if this feels right for you at this point in time. No one can make a decision around your health and wellbeing other than you. If this doesn't feel right, or you feel you won't be able to commit, I strongly suggest you don't sign up yet. This is for men who are ready to commit to their health and are done procrastinating and making excuses. In this case, your money will be better spent elsewhere for sure.
It's impossible to fail - as long as you stay intentional and do your best to stick to the program, you're winning. That's far better than most guys who never take the plunge.
